What can The Blackpool Tower Dungeon offer?
Being immersed in real history is sometimes the best way to appreciate and learn about it – especially when it’s drenched in heart-stopping, gruesome drama.
Bring your class to the Blackpool Tower Dungeon and our troupe of experienced, professional actors will take your students on a grisly journey into the city’s most notorious past, including:
- Pendle Witches
- Viking of the North
- Smugglers
- The Great Plague
It’ll be a lesson they will never forget, especially when there is an adrenaline-filled ride to follow!
Deadly Drama Sessions
Throw your pupils into the depths of history by combining your tour with a 45 minute drama session by one of our Dungeon actors. Experts in taking on a characters persona, they will teach your pupils how to become one of the Dungeon Pendle Witches.
Fitting in perfectly with the 400th anniversary of the Pendle Witch Trials, your class will love to learn how to portray their distinctive movements and characteristics as well as learning all about the trials. A great way to stimulate their learning about horrible history. All for only £2 extra per pupil.
