Ticket and Purchase Information

Q. How can I purchase tickets to the Dungeon?
A. The best place to book tickets to the Dungeon is here on the website. You can also purchase tickets on the day of your visit from the attraction, but you will need to queue for these.
Q. How do I receive my tickets?
A. You will be sent an emailed confirmation immediately after making your booking. This confirmation needs to be printed and taken with you to the Dungeon or you maybe refused entry. The emailed confirmation acts as your ticket.
Q. Can I purchase tickets on the same day as my visit?
A. You are not able to purchase tickets online on the same day as your visit, but you can purchase tickets at the attraction on the day.

A. A priority entrance ticket will give you access to all available areas of your chosen Dungeon. You will not be asked to pay any more for entry on the day.
Q. Do I have to enter at the time on my confirmation of a priority entrance ticket?
A. You can enter at any time between the time slots on your confirmation.
Q. If I pre-book for a certain time slot what will happen if my train is delayed and I am late?
A. You will be allowed in at the next time slot subject to availability, but if you have bought an off-peak and end up in a peak time slot then you will be charged to upgrade.
Q. Can you tell me more about the Blackpool combi tickets?
Further information about all combination tickets can be found under ‘Tickets & Offers’ on the Blackpool part of the website.
