We offer a best price guarantee on priority entrance tickets, so you shouldn’t be able to find these tickets cheaper anywhere else. You can also purchase tickets on the day of your visit from the attraction, but you will need to queue for these.
A. You will be sent an emailed confirmation immediately after making your booking. This confirmation needs to be printed and taken with you to the Dungeon or you maybe refused entry. The emailed confirmation acts as your ticket.
A. You are not able to purchase tickets online on the same day as your visit, but you can purchase tickets at the attraction on the day.

A. There may be a short wait during busy times (especially the middle of the day during school holidays and weekends), but priority entrance tickets have priority over the main queue.
A. A priority entrance ticket will give you access to all available areas of your chosen Dungeon. You will not be asked to pay any more for entry on the day.

Disabled customers can book online using the relevant ticket type and their carer gains free entry. To make a booking online please purchase one ticket as the carer does not need to buy a ticket, they just need to be ready to present some form of proof of disability on entry to the Dungeon.

On Extremis (London, Blackpool, Hamburg & Edinburgh) and the Reaper Drop Ride to Doom (Amsterdam) you have to be taller than 1.2 meters and it is not recommended for pregnant women, people with heart conditions or bad backs. Some areas have strobe lighting, but you will be warned before reaching these areas.

A. Your ticket is for a tour and due to the set up of the Dungeon shows, you will not able to re-enter the Dungeon. The tour lasts approx 1- 1.5 hours.

A. No, all bags must accompany customers at all times. No bags are to be left unattended.
A. Yes, however, the tour is approximately 1.5 hours long and some rides may not be suitable. This will be at the discretion of the individual concerned.
