The majority of our facilities are designed to be fully accessible to our disabled guests. However, the Boat Ride cannot be accessed by wheelchair users, due to the setup of the attraction.
Due to the intense nature of the Drop Ride, Extremis, guests who are unable to brace themselves unaided are not permitted to ride.
For safety reasons, we can only accept one wheelchair user per tour group.
