The majority of our facilities are designed to be fully accessible to our disabled guests. However due to the complex nature of an emergency evacuation it is not possible for disabled people who are wheelchair users or who have considerable difficulties walking, to access the Boat Ride. Due to the intense nature of the Drop Ride, Extremis, guests who are unable to brace themselves unaided are not permitted to ride.
Navigating around the Dungeon will be mainly via level pathways. However due to the nature of the attraction some floor surfaces are uneven. Access is also gained via low gradient slopes and to the boat ride via a set of 7 steps, although non ambulant guests will be guided around and reunited with the group on the other side of the Boat Ride.
For safety reasons we can only accept 2 wheelchair users per tour group. Tour groups set off every 7 minutes so for large groups of wheelchair users there may be a considerable wait to start the tour.
